What is a Nurse Coach?

A Nurse Coach is a registered nurse who integrates evidence-based clinical knowledge with holistic and behavioral-change approaches. “Transpersonal” means going beyond the physical — recognizing the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of health.

In practice, it feels like having a health guide, mindset mentor, and holistic nurse — all in one.

What is a reiki session like at Sun&Sea?

During a Reiki or energy-based session, you remain fully clothed and comfortable while energy is gently channeled through light touch or hovering hands.

You may feel warmth, tingling, calm, or emotional release. Some clients see colors, imagery, or feel waves of relaxation. Each experience is unique but always restorative and intuitively driven. When you come for your initial session you will be well informed of what to expect.

Do You Replace Medical or Therapeutic Care?

No. My work is designed to complement, not replace, existing medical or therapeutic care.

I respect professional boundaries and will recommend collaboration or referrals when needed to ensure continuity of care.

Do You Collaborate With Other Professionals?

Absolutely. I value a collaboration of care approach, often aligning with therapists, physicians, or other practitioners when it supports the client’s best outcome.

When this type of collaboration occurs, I always ask for client consent before any information is shared.

Do you offer sessions for children?

Yes — sessions are available for children with written parental consent. Please message for more information regarding sessions for children.

Do You Train or Teach Reiki?

Yes — Reiki Level 1(self-healing) training is available upon request. It’s designed to support personal or professional healing journeys, combining traditional Reiki with spiritual coaching and self-discovery.
