How I Support My Clients
Blending clinical insight with intuitive care.
Every client’s path looks a little different — and that’s intentional.
I use ongoing, individualized assessments to guide each session, blending clinical insight with intuitive awareness. Whether we’re working toward physical healing, emotional regulation, energy balance, or self-discovery, every plan of care is uniquely created for you.

Integrating the science of nursing with the art of holistic healing, these sessions provide grounded guidance and ongoing support for your goals. I value collaboration of care and often work alongside other providers when it best serves your overall well-being. This may include communicating with therapists, medical professionals, or other wellness practitioners, and referring out when specialized support is needed.

Initial session Overview
All new clients begin with a 90–120 minute Initial Session.
This may include:

A holistic assessment and conversation about your needs

Full energy evaluation and chakra cleanse
-
Intuitive Reiki and/or clinical meditation

Sessions are always individualized based on needs whether it's an initial session or continued care.

If more than three months have passed since your last session, another Initial Session is required to reassess and realign your care.
